Greeting Cards are used not just to convey a message or greeting; it is also an acknowledgment of who the person receiving the card really is to the sender. And if you are lucky enough to be with a person who shares common interests with you, it makes a lot of sense to get a card that conveys that shared love for something, and also conveys the warm and intimate nature of your relationship, which is perhaps cemented by this shared interest, hobby, or pastime.
Picture, if you will, a couple locked in a passionate embrace at the finishing line of a race, with a line that says something like, "We run so well together, hope we'll be together at the finish line."
